Every correspondence is friendly, efficient and exactly what is needed. If something is going to take a bit longer to resolve than hoped I am always made well aware of this in advance and then the matter is always sorted within the given time frame. I also feel that immediate items that need bringing to our attention are done so in the quickest of fashion to make sure delays in resolutions are kept to a minimum…”
